Training for Certified Professional Collectors (CPC) & Certified Credit Professionals (CCP)
- Each training course is approximately one (1) hour long.
- Courses may be taken individually for training purposes or as a full series to fulfill CCP or CPC accreditation requirements.
- To meet accreditation eligibility requirements, students must complete all courses in each module.
- Additional core competencies are required for both CPC and CCP accreditation.
- WCA uses Dropbox to deliver course recordings. A free download link will be provided with your course confirmation.
